How?

Too Many Dreams was founded by Stephen Jenkins in 2016, as a strategic marketing and creative content agency, for clients in the advertising, technology and entertainment industries.

We exist to help clients discover, connect with and grow their audience, by building and executing agile, always-on marketing and content strategies.

Our unique ‘insourcing’ agency model allows clients to quickly scale internal resource, when needed and for however long required.

Our vision is to build an agency that intimately understands our clients’ industries, their challenges and opportunities, so we can create strategies, stories and experiences that drive value for both the audience and the brand.

Who We Are

Stephen Jenkins

Stephen has spent almost 20 years working with brands from the creative, advertising and mobile industries, including launching two successful companies of his own - ShuffleDrop Management and Too Many Dreams Limited

Stephen began his career working for a variety of record labels, including EMI, Virgin, Wall of Sound and [PIAS] Entertainment. In 2007, he moved into the mobile industry, taking senior positions at MEF, and then Millennial Media, where he joined pre-IPO, going on to lead a global marketing and comms team, up until the company’s sale to AOL in October 2015. 

In February 2016, Stephen launched Too Many Dreams Limited, a strategic marketing, content and communications agency for the advertising, technology and entertainment industries.  

Stephen takes an active role within the industry, having served terms on the IAB Mobile Steering Committee and both the MMA EMEA and Global Boards. He is a regular conference speaker, provides insight and opinion for a range of trade titles and has been a judge for a number of award ceremonies for the music, marketing and mobile industries.
Outside of work and family life, Stephen is a trustee for the Rhythm Studio Foundation, an avid record collector, former DJ and tap dancer, and a bad golfer.

He is also proficient at speaking about himself in the third person.

In North America, Too Many Dreams partners with SalientMG, the Marketing services firm founded by influential industry leader, Mack McKelvey. This partnership enables Too Many Dreams’ clients to access resource on both the east & west coast of America.
